Eco-Colour Test - What Does This Mean?

What Colours Did You See?

When you read the colours of the words out aloud, did you say the names of the ink colours or did you say the words? Because our culture is so language-oriented, most people will read the words rather than report on the colours. But consider when you learn to recognise the colour green? Could you recognise the colour green before you learned the word for it?

Notice the Difference?

If you read the words, repeat the activity by saying aloud the names of the ink colours. Now, notice the feeling you have as you say the ink colours out loud. Take particular note of the difference between how you feel when you say the word Green that's written in Green ink and when you say the other ink colours which do not match their words. Repeat Test

Name that Difference

How would you describe the different feelings or sensations? For purposes of communication, lets call the feeling you have when you said the word Green in Green ink, the Green/Green Feeling and the feeling you have when you read the other ink colours that don't match with their words, the Green/Yellow Feeling.

This is Nature Talking

We are biologically attracted to Green/Green experiences. This Green/Green feeling is an example of the non-verbal way nature communicates with us. It's also how your body communicates with us. We call it the voice of the Inner Compass. It tells YES. "This is good. This is OK." The Green/Yellow tells us NO. We are guided away from Green/Yellow experiences by the often subtle, but distinctively unsettling feeling, they produce.

This is Your Natural Intelligence

The Green/Yellow Feeling is how your body lets you know there is an incongruity between your innate sensory wisdom and what you have been taught or learned to think and believe. In other words, it's the sensory, non-verbal signal that a dysfunctional mental default setting is at work, stopping you from doing what your innate intelligence would guide you toward.

Listen to this non-verbal voice of Nature and you'll not only avoid many problems, but you'll find your way to a more enjoyable life!
