Open space, clean Chiltern air and the wonderful melody of skylarks await you on this 7 mile walk around Ivinghoe Beacon and the picturesque village of Aldbury. You will be able to absorb the panoramic views over the Aylesbury Vale and spend time in quiet contemplation.

During the walk we will have opportunities for individual and group meditation, and grounding work. This is an excellent opportunity to unwind and experience the stress of modern living just fall away. The walk is open to all but is limited to eight, so Garri can provide any guidance on the meditation and grounding exercises that might be needed.

The recent warm weather is a magnificent gift but comes at a price; please bring amble drinking water as there are no stops along the way.

There is no fee to join the walk and the pace will be gentle.
